Did you know that dancing is an effective way to help welcome the baby into the earth side smoothly? We discuss the basic but beautiful mechanics of birth and practice on effective moves and positions using Dancing For Birth Method. We get up and move a lot on this workshop, so come in a comfy clothes. We use birthing balls, yoga mats, and if you have one, a partner! Dancing is for your confidence, Oxytocin, and the birth physics. Got two left feet? No problem! ANYONE can do and do your own pace. Let's remove the fear of birth and empower with confidence to overcome medicalized birth by the system. Trust your body and celebrate!

By signing up for the class, you agreed to the refund and cancellation policy as below.: If you need to cancel your class, at least 24 hour notice is required in order to receive a full refund. If you need to cancel within 24 hours, no refund would be made however, your tuition will be applied towards a future make up class. In case of cancellation/rescheduling due to the instructor's birth attendance or unforeseen circumstances, full refund would be made.
